All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details via SMS or email.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
Due to the weight (approx. 4.3 kg per set) and secure packaging requirements, shipping costs may vary across regions.

🔄 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. We will arrange a resolution at the earliest.

🔁 Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery fails after multiple attempts due to incorrect address or unavailability, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping may incur additional charges.
